Return/Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

***Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at kalayadesigns11@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or within 48 hours, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items which are personalized with engraving or other personal options are not returnable. Items must be in a pristine condition to be eligible for return.

Returned to Sender

If you provide the wrong address, and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you.  You will need to pay a shipping and handling fee to cover the costs of reshipping.  If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund you, but the refund will not include original shipping costs, priority processing or insurance.  There will be a 30% restocking fee taken out of the refund as well.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be for the item price paid only. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for any return questions at kalayadesigns11@gmail.com

 Cancel order (if applicable)

You can cancel an order and receive a full refund as long as we have not started processing your order (usually within 12 hours of making your order). If we have already processed your order, then you'll need to receive your order and ship it back to receive a refund.
